Mouzef Academy is operated by Mouzef Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16985283). We respect your privacy and handle personal information with care.
Information we collect
We may collect information you choose to provide when asking about courses, requesting an assessment or enrolling. This can include a parent or guardian's name, telephone or WhatsApp number, email address, the child's age or school year, curriculum, current Arabic level and learning needs.
Information may be submitted through our website, Facebook or Instagram enquiry forms, WhatsApp, email, telephone, Google Calendar or the student portal.
How we use information
We use information to respond to enquiries, recommend suitable learning support, arrange assessments and lessons, manage enrolment and meet safeguarding, accounting and legal responsibilities. We do not sell personal information.
Children's information
A parent or guardian should submit enquiries and manage enrolment for learners under 18. Please provide only the information needed for us to understand and respond to the child's learning needs.
Services, storage and security
Assessment bookings are completed through Google Calendar. Parent enquiries may be received through Meta services and followed up on WhatsApp. The student portal uses secure sign-in and role-based access, and learning records are visible only to authorised users.
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above and is handled with appropriate security.
